Terms of service

In effect from 22 October 2026. Run by Sohaib Ahmad, Pakistan.

These terms are the agreement between you, the shop owner, and Sohaib Ahmad ("EzVenda", "we") for using EzVenda. By creating an account you accept them.

Who can use EzVenda

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a contract, and you use EzVenda to run a business. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in details safe and for everything done in your account, including by people or AI assistants you give access to.

Your shop and what you sell

You are responsible for your shop: your products, prices, descriptions and pictures, delivering what you sell, and how you treat your customers, including refunds and returns under Pakistani law. You may not use EzVenda to sell anything illegal in Pakistan, counterfeit goods, or anything that infringes someone else's rights, and you may not use it to deceive people or to send spam.

Plans and payment

• Plans are priced in Pakistani rupees, per month, as shown on ezvenda.com when you subscribe. Every new shop starts with 30 days free and no card.
• After the free period you pay in advance for each month, by bank transfer. If a payment is late, we may pause your shop until it is paid.
• We take no commission on your sales. Your customers pay you directly, by cash on delivery or bank transfer; EzVenda never holds your customers' money.
• If we change a plan's price, we tell you at least 30 days before it applies to you.

Your content

What you put in your shop stays yours. You allow us to store, copy and show it only as needed to run your shop and EzVenda. You confirm you have the right to use everything you upload.

AI assistants

If you connect an AI assistant to your shop, it acts on your instructions and under your account. Check what it does: it can add and change products, collections, pages and your shop's design as a draft, but it cannot delete anything, change orders or publish. You are responsible for changes you ask it to make.

Our service

We work to keep EzVenda available and your information safe, and we improve it over time, which can mean changing or removing features. We do not promise it will never be interrupted, for example for maintenance or because of failures outside our control.

Ending

You can stop at any time; your shop stays open until the end of the month you have paid for. We may suspend or close a shop that breaks these terms or goes unpaid, and we will tell you why. After closing, your information is handled as the privacy policy says.

Responsibility

As far as the law allows, EzVenda is not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, and our total liability to you is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes go to the courts of Pakistan.

Changes and contact

When these terms change, the date at the top changes, and we tell shop owners by email before a change that matters takes effect. Questions: support@ezvenda.com.
